These Terms & Conditions govern the use of AyurGhar services, including consultations, home-based Ayurvedic therapies, and related wellness services By booking or availing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
- AyurGhar provides a platform for Ayurvedic consultation and home-based therapies performed by qualified Ayurvedic doctors and trained therapists.
- Services include consultation, therapy execution, wellness guidance, and follow-up support.
- The AyurGhar doctor prescribes treatment plans, and therapists execute therapies accordingly at the client’s location.
- Services are intended for wellness and supportive care and are not a substitute for emergency or critical medical treatment.
2. THERAPY & CONSULTATION STANDARDS
You must agree to the following before availing services:
- Doctors and therapists are assigned based on availability; selection based on personal preference is not guaranteed.
- Clients must disclose complete and accurate medical history including ongoing treatments, allergies, surgeries, pregnancy status, or chronic illnesses.
- Clients must not be intoxicated during consultation or therapy sessions.
- The AyurGhar doctor reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue treatment based on patient condition.
- In case of discomfort, allergic reactions, or complications, treatment will be altered after doctor consultation.
- Treatment records and progress notes will be maintained at the discretion of the AyurGhar doctor.
- Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment guidelines shared by the doctor.
3. HOME CARE SERVICE CONDITIONS
- Services are delivered at the client’s premises using portable Ayurvedic therapy equipment.
- The client must provide a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for therapy.
- Adequate space, water, and electricity must be arranged by the client.
- AyurGhar is not responsible for any disruption caused due to unsuitable home conditions.
- Therapists will carry oils, medicines, and required materials as per treatment protocol.
- Certain disposable items (gloves, tissues, sheets) will be used and safely disposed of as per hygiene standards.
4. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
- Clients must treat all AyurGhar professionals with respect and dignity.
- Any harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may lead to legal action.
- Clients cannot request or force therapists to perform treatments outside prescribed protocols.
- Therapists have the right to refuse or stop treatment if the environment is unsafe or behavior is inappropriate.
- Clients must provide correct address, contact details, and accessibility for smooth service delivery.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
- A detailed estimate will be shared prior to booking confirmation.
- Full payment must be made in advance through AyurGhar-approved payment methods.
- Charges include therapist service, medicines, and travel expenses unless specified otherwise.
- AyurGhar reserves the right to revise pricing based on treatment customization or additional requirements.
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Payments once made are strictly non-refundable.
- Therapy packages cannot be cancelled or discontinued midway.
- If AyurGhar is unable to provide services due to internal constraints (e.g., therapist unavailability), a refund will be issued for unused sessions.
- No refund will be provided if:
- Medical information was concealed
- Client fails to follow instructions
- Services are discontinued due to misconduct
5. If AyurGhar equipment is provided, it must be returned; failure may result in additional charges.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIABILITIES
- AyurGhar services are provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees of specific results.
- Outcomes vary depending on individual body constitution, compliance, and medical condition.
- AyurGhar shall not be liable for:
- Adverse effects due to undisclosed medical conditions
- Non-adherence to medical advice
- External or pre-existing health complications
4. AyurGhar is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
8. CLIENT DATA & COMMUNICATION CONSENT
- Clients consent to the collection and use of personal and medical information for treatment purposes.
- AyurGhar may communicate via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp for consultations, updates, and follow-ups.
- Information may be shared internally with AyurGhar doctors and therapists for service delivery.
- Data may be disclosed if required by law or regulatory authorities.
9. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES
AyurGhar reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if:
- These Terms are violated
- False or misleading information is provided
- Client behavior threatens safety or service quality
- Any activity causes harm to AyurGhar professionals or operations
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- All AyurGhar materials, treatment protocols, branding, and content are proprietary.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
11. INDEMNITY
The client agrees to indemnify and hold AyurGhar harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Misuse of services
- Violation of these Terms
- Inaccurate or incomplete information provided
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the operating city of AyurGhar.
- Disputes may be resolved through arbitration as per applicable laws.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
- AyurGhar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
14. AGREEMENT
By booking or availing AyurGhar services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
